    Founder & CEO

    Built the platform after a decade as a property investor in Sydney. Frustrated by spreadsheets, hand-rolled CGT schedules, and disagreements with the family accountant every June, so wrote a system that does the bookkeeping once and gets it right.

  • Lead engineer

    Engineering

    Senior backend engineer with a tax law background. Designed the tax-rules-as-data architecture so legislative changes ship as a database INSERT, never a code deploy.

  • Tax advisor

    Tax & compliance

    Registered tax agent (Tax Practitioners Board #TBD). Reviews every calculation pattern against current ATO rulings before it ships. The platform itself is not a tax agent, but the calculations behind it are reviewed by one.

  • Product designer

    Design

    Designed every screen to be readable to a non-accountant on an iPhone. The progressive disclosure pattern that drives the entity and property forms is theirs.
